- Present the plan.
- Time to practice.
- Feedback.

- Fixing.
- Questioning.
- Multifinality.
- Simplicity.
In the guest interview of this week’s podcast episode, we heard that simplicity and multifinality really can produce great results in coaching. We also learned expert tips on how to make coaching conversations simple…and how not to “over plan” the conversation.
