The Power Meeting

It’s only as long as your team can stand. Yes, literally no chairs.

If the meeting is any longer, minds wander – attention moves to screens.

The power meeting is about mission and action. It connects small teams and allows you to pose powerful questions such as:

  • What your job today? What’s your purpose?
  • How can I support you today?

That’s it. Before school, hold a power meeting 2-3 days per week. Keep it upbeat and communicate the school’s vision and progress on your OKRs.

The power meeting was one of the tips mentioned in yesterday’s Mafost Mashup episode: Staying Focused in Your School.
