When the Wind Blows

When the wind blows, like really blows, and you’re in a boat, you have two options – go back in or head out away land.

Option 1 has the dangers of strong currents pushing you into the shore or into structures.

Option 2 helps you avoid the danger of land but introduces the danger of the elements.

Those are the two options. Neither really great.

Unless, you have tools.

Tools such as anchors and storm parachutes.

These tools expand your options and can increase your safety.

The same is true for leadership.

More tools equal more options. Better options. Safer options. Better likelihood of good outcomes.

What tools do you have as a leader? What tools do you need to develop? What tools are your currently developing?

PS – today is the last day to register for this masterclass and expand your communication toolset.
